3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes. We make every effort to display our travel organizers, wash bags, cosmetic cases, and shoe pouches with authentic photographs, exact dimensions, and material specifications.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or discontinue products without prior liability. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, your advance payment will be refunded in full immediately.

5. Shipping & Transit Responsibility

We offer pan-India express shipping. Orders above ₹999 qualify for Free Delivery. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on working business days are dispatched on the same day via reputed courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, ExpressBees, DTDC).

Estimated transit time is 3 to 6 working days depending on your postal pincode. In rare cases of force majeure, weather anomalies, or regional courier strikes, delivery times may be extended.

6. 7-Day Replacement Policy

Customers are entitled to a 7-day doorstep replacement if an item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces. To initiate a replacement, provide your order ID and a brief photo or video of the parcel to our premium support team via WhatsApp at +91 78018 78997.
