How you pay at KPM WORLD™

All online prepaid payments are processed by RBI-authorized payment partners (Cashfree / UPI rails).KPM WORLD™ never stores your card CVV, UPI MPIN, or net-banking password.

UPI / Cards / NetBanking

Full prepaid checkout via supported UPI apps, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Partial COD

Pay a small advance token online to confirm the order; pay the remaining balance in cash or UPI to the courier at delivery.

Taxes & invoices

Prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice / order confirmation is shared after successful payment.

1. Prepaid payment authorization

An order is accepted only after the payment gateway confirms successful authorization or capture.
Failed, abandoned, or timed-out gateway sessions do not create a confirmed paid order.
If amount is debited but order confirmation is missing, contact support with the gateway reference / UTR within 48 hours.
Currency supported for storefront checkout is Indian Rupees (INR) only.

2. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

A non-refundable or refundable advance token (as shown at checkout) is collected online to reduce fake orders.
The remaining payable amount is due at doorstep to the assigned courier partner.
Repeated refusal of verified COD shipments without a valid transit defect may lead to COD restrictions or recovery of logistics costs.
Partial COD availability may vary by pincode, order value, or risk checks.

3. Chargebacks, disputes & fraud

Filing an unjustified chargeback after accepting delivery may result in order investigation, account limits, and cooperation with the payment partner / bank. Suspected fraud may be reported under applicable Indian law.

Always verify you are on the official KPM WORLD™ domain before entering payment details. We will never ask for OTP, CVV, or UPI PIN over phone or WhatsApp.

4. Refunds related to payments

Approved refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method or via UPI / bank transfer after verification.
