6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is offered only for eligible locations and customers.

- Verify COD orders before dispatch.
- Disable COD for selected PIN codes.
- Restrict COD for customers with repeated failed deliveries or policy abuse.
7. Partial COD Orders
For selected orders, a partial advance payment may be required before dispatch.
The remaining amount, if applicable, will be payable at the time of delivery.
If the order is refused after dispatch or returned due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the advance payment may be adjusted towards logistics and operational costs, subject to applicable law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only.
Delivery may be affected by:

- Natural disasters
- Courier delays
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
