SHIPPING POLICY

At KPM WORLD™, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and within the estimated delivery timeline. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 Business Days after successful payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.
  • Orders are processed only on Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

3–7 Business Days

Remote or Special Service Locations

5–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, destination, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


3. Shipping Charges

Orders Below ₹499

  • Gujarat: ₹50
  • Rest of India: ₹80

Orders of ₹499 or Above

FREE Standard Shipping

If shipping charges change in the future, the updated charges will always be displayed during checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via one or more of the following channels:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp (where available)

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the recipient is unavailable,
  • the address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • the customer refuses delivery,
  • or the customer cannot be contacted,

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes and eligible customers.

KPM WORLD™ reserves the right to:

  • Verify COD orders before dispatch.
  • Restrict or disable COD for selected locations.
  • Restrict COD for customers with repeated delivery failures, refused deliveries, or misuse of our policies.

8. Partial COD Orders

For selected products or locations, KPM WORLD™ may require a partial advance payment before dispatch.

The remaining balance, where applicable, will be payable at the time of delivery.

Customers who refuse delivery after dispatch may become ineligible for future COD services, and any advance payment may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.


9. Shipping Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • High order volumes
  • Courier network issues

KPM WORLD™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. However, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


10. Damaged Shipment

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  1. Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video.
  2. Take photographs of the package and product.
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims related to damaged or incorrect products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us because of:

  • Delivery refusal,
  • Incorrect address,
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts,
  • Customer unavailability,

the order may be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

Repeated RTO cases may result in:

  • Restriction of Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Requirement for prepaid orders
  • Additional shipping charges for future deliveries

12. International Shipping

Currently, KPM WORLD™ ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
