🛍️ 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
The return request is raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:
Cosmetic or toiletry items once opened.
Products under special clearance or final sale.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
Email us at contact@kpmworld.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Attach a clear photo of the product showing the defect or issue.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return shipping instructions.
Note: In some cases, you may be asked to ship the product back yourself. Return shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Please note: Some banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
🔁 5. Replacements
If your order arrived damaged or defective, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement is subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
